Velvet?? Are you sure you mean a velvet sweater?? Cause nobody wears velvet anymore. I don't know anyone who can pull that off and not look tacky.

i am a taxidermist...take it your your taxidermist and he can cure the velvet and it will not rott off. antlers have veins and blood running through them while they are in velvet, and it will rott if you dont cure them
